I enjoy the privilege of sharing yoga with my private and small group clients, working with them one on one to help develop their practice and meet individual needs. I travel to the location that is most convenient for a client, and try to accommodate a client’s schedule as much as possible. Interested? Want more information? Private lessons are available to anyone! A sampling of the types of private lessons I have offered:
- for athletes – improving balance, flexibility, strength and mindfulness as it relates to their sport
- for beginners – an introduction to yoga in a non threatening, free from judgement environment where they feel comfortable to ask questions and explore the practice at their own pace.
- for those with injuries – developing sequences that are mindful of certain limitations, while improving range of motion and flexibility to prevent and avoid injuries elsewhere
- for children – custom classes to introduce yoga in a fun and engaging way, sometimes working on building an attention span, developing calming and coping mechanisms, or just getting them active
Small Group sessions are perfect for teams, workplaces, families, even friends or neighbors who share similar or common goals, or who just want a class catered to them on their own time or at their chosen location. Contact me for more information!
